You will receive a tracking number for shipments within Germany.

EU and worldwide shipments are sent without tracking to keep shipping costs affordable. Once dispatched, international shipments are handled by DHL and the respective local postal service in the destination country.
* delivery to the Russian Federation and Belarus is not possible
** Customers outside Germany and the EU (where applicable) are responsible for proper import processing. All shipments are provided with an HS code and a copy of the invoice for this purpose.
*** Due to the import regulations of the United Kingdom (UK), the minimum order value per shipment is €150.
Delivery occurs – unless the description of a selected product explicitly specifies otherwise – as follows:
- Within Germany 14 days
- Within the European Community (EU) (except Germany) 14 days
- Rest of the World 14 to 30 days
These periods begin the day after the payment order is issued if paying with one of the chosen payment options.
